MUSICIAN
WHAT TO WEAR
Actors: For the basic headshot (Standard) solid colors work best. You want a really good image of your face, not your clothing. For larger packages you can bring outfits that fit the various personas (characters) you wish to portray. Or just show off different looks. Again solid colors work best as patterns can be distracting. Sometimes simple things like glasses or a scarf/hat can change your look so be sure to bring those along.
Models: again for the basic head and shoulder shot you want simple solid colors, it’s about your face. Larger packages you want to show different moods along with different outfits —it’s about how you wear the clothing as well as attitude.
Musicians: Pretty much anything goes! You do want to stay within your brand (if you’ve established one). If we are just portraying a young up and coming musician with instrument solid colors work best but you may wish to wear what you perform in (ie: nice suit/dress, tux etc).
WORKING WITH AN AGENT
If you are currently working with an agent (especially for acting and modeling) and they have a particular style or look, size etc that is needed be sure to bring us this information as well as a few samples (like a website link) this will help us to match the look that is needed.
